Lust gallery is an international art space focusing on alternative art from Europe and the United States. The gallery was founded by Max Lust a young art collector who immigrated form NYC to Vienna. His objective is to support local artists as well as to import American talents. As
a result, Lust gallery creates a juxtaposition between European and American art.

The second district (Leopoldstadt) is one of the more interesting part of Vienna’s interface. Leopoldstadt is known for its diversity of alternative art spaces. However its also commercially the fastest growing district in Vienna. These two reasons make the second district the next mecca for art and culture. With its own separate network of commercial and alternative spaces Leopoldstadt becomes an interface within an interface.
